wheee! ystd was so fun. dad got 5 complementary tickets for the final AFC 1st leg match between S'pore and Thailand. woohoo!! and by now i guess most of you know who won rite?? haha. the LIONS ofcourse! they beat the thais 2-1. props to alam shah and mustafic fahrudin's penalty kick. so anws, end skool at one ystd then went str home to get ready and all. shikin and bestie came along with me and my parents. wheeee! :D so funn sahh. so kecoh. lol. we reached kallang stadium quite early actually..tink ard 5:15pm?? hahah. eh, we not kiasu laaa. its just the parking space that my dad's concerned abt. haha. so we went to eat at macdonalds first before heading our way to the stadium. the crowd wasnt that bad yetlaa maybe cos its still early. andd there were SO MANY familiar faces thr. haha. really poster face sehh, everywhere also have. be it in skool, at a coffeshop or at the stadium. lol. there were quite a handful of TP students spotted thr. haha. so anyhooos, we were all so excited. me, exceptional uh, cos its like my first time watching a footbal match at the stadium??? LOL. pathetic rite? haha. but who cares, now ive seen one alr. heheh. well, i'll let the pictures do the talking..

hahha. met my dear otc fren ali thr. and fyi, hes a chinese. hhehs. unique rite? ive never heard sahh. haha. anws, back to the game. i was really proud of Singapore ystd. really2 am. i think that they played well. the Singapore team were fast-paced the whole time, not slacking one bit. good teamwork, good defence and superb attacking. i expectd the thais to be the fast-paced one as ive seen their match b4 against vietnam the othr day and boy, are they fast. but ystd, it wasnt much shown in the first half. like farhana said, they normally will attack in the second-half. and true enough they did and scored an equaliser through this guy called dipat i think..lol. main hentam ajer shirin. hahaha. oh and btw farhana, i dont think the Singapore team played dirty. idk abt alam shah and the penalty ting but for the rest, i dont think they did. cos maybe, they are sort of 'kancheong' in a way due to all the pressure and they were like so fast-paced that when the thais are brought down, it wasnt intentional. hmm, but for fazrul nawas case, thats exceptional. waseh him. attitude problem laaa. that day against the m'sians also like that seh. haiyer. but still, im happy that i get to see ridhuan and shahril! wheeee. hehe.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAHAHHAHAHAH!!!!!! cute sehhh. so i think for him..the blurer the better?? lols.
everything ended at ard ten plus. and woa, jammed packed seh otw out. but oklaaa still can move. i wonder how packed it was during the semis, got rain sumore. tssk3. otw out, by coincidence i met fazley! woa, so long nvr see him sahh. but the rest wasnt thr. haiyoh. hmm. ohyes met zul as well. he was w d gf. fewiitt. hehe.

hmm, its such a perfect day to just sit back relax, enjoy a mug ofhot chocolate hot milo, and watch a movie. its such a good weather to sleep as well actually cos its raining. but then again, i wldnt want to waste my day away just like that. i wna take a break from sch assignments for a while. sometimes, on days like this, i prefer to spent time alone..not that im anti-social or anithing but sometimes, you just need time for yourself.

TP's Open House went really well for the past three days. all the schools were damn enthu. wooo! but school of engine was exceptional laa. they were the most enthu. ahaa. thats the TP spirit man. yessa! hehe. as for me, it has been both fun and tiring. fun cos i met alot of familiar faces for the whole three days and tiring, ofcourse due to walking ard the skool for god knows how many times. lol. okay anws, for the first day i met hazlyn, shukriah and faiznur! wheee~ i was so glad when they came that day. but sadly i cldnt bring them ard the skool as i had my booth duties. but we did hang out for awhile at itas before i had to leave for arts app lec. shikin and me decided to skip mmp1 that day cos we were excited about the whole open house thing and plus her frens', shima and tarmizi came so she to accompany them ard. ehh, who say tp students cannot explore2 during open house also rite?? hhaha. its once in awhile thing mah. haha. so yea, i kinda spent most of the time with shikin and her frens. we got all hyped up laa when we were at the ITO booth. hahha. cos we were like minding our own business just look2 see2, skali this girl approached us then dragged us to try out this i-shot instant picture-taking machine. its sumting like a neoprint booth. andd i gta admit we were quite jakun and overly-excited sia. thr was this whole lot group of secondary skool kids just staring at our antics. lol, funny sahh. we were making quite a racket. haha. anws, while waiting for lec to start, shikin and me spent our time away laughing at ppl doing the mass dance. lol. mean rite us? okok,not say we laugh at everybodylaaa..but just this particular girl. hahahahahahhahaha. lets just leave this between the both of us only. haha.
wokay that was the first day basically. as for the 2nd day, i tot it was gna be quite slacking for me cos i had no duties that day and none of my cousins and frens were coming. atleast i thot so. ahhaa. hmm,let see ah. i met ragini, reka, gaya p, hashreen, and some other stmargs girls. woa!!! happy sahh to see all of them. everywhr on the campus i walked, i see atleast one person i know. ahha. my cuz fika came on tht day, and since i was free i brought her and her two frens ard. and when i tot i was gna be slacking again aft they left, i was absolutely wrong. shafiq called asking whether i could be their tour guide. and so ofcourse i did. and it has been so long since i last saw em' GESS kiddos. apparently, only syafiq and syed was present. fazley, taufik and apek couldnt make it. yea so...another walk around the campus. omglaa so tiring to the max. so thats iit for day two!
last but not least, day three! it was such a blissful saturday. cos firstly, i got to wake up late and for the first time after so long..i actually got ten hours of sleep!!! wooohooo!! hahaha. okok. so i went to school with johan ystd. and when we arrived, hady was having hes performance at the plaza. ok, not interested so we went str to IT skul. i think i have like poster facelaa. walked in and out of the IT skool for the past three days. heheheh. anws, bestie was thr earlier for some seminar at TCC. so we met at IT skool. so again, i was the tour guide for the day. my legs are hurting so badd rite now. hahaha. ohyes, fiqah came with syariff and nasrul( <--fiqah, correct rite the name?) lols. i haf a hard time remembering sia. lol. i met shikin too! hahha. she was a tourguide as well like me. and since i had no idea whr else to go, all of us went to watch the pop-art modelling show at design school. it was oklaaa. some of the models look great. it was ard 4 when we decided to head home. tired alr laa. hhehs. andd i really cant wait to go home anw, cos eri and dannyal was at semb! wheee! :D

i wasted a whole day today not doing a single assignment. SIGHS. sucks laa can.
here's how my day goes..
i overslept and woke up at nine in the morning.
it was raining so wadya expect. it was a perfect weather to sleep in.
very rainy day it was.
lecture's at eleven so i was kinda late..actually i was late.
fruitful lecture i must say. (boy, is the lecturer better than bryan..)
headed back home after 2 hours of lec.
still raining.
had lunch then went to fetch my sis.
slept from 6 to hmm...about nine at night?? yepp. it was still raining ofcourse.
woke up all fresh, watched supernatural and survivor,one after another.
ate toast? lols. im weird i know. ( i heard ppl, no..documentary rather, saying that if you eat carbohydrate food after 8 at nite, it can easily make you put on weight. hmm, not sure whether its true or not..or whether its even logical..but who cares laa uh..i was hungry,and was left with no choice but toast. and ohyeah i forgot to put this on my new year resolution list, which is: to put on weight! yes i must. lol.
anw, after watching that, i decided that i should do atleast one assignment now. ermm, which is now? haha. oh and btw, today's my first time watching supernatural and boy was it good!love it laa. apart from having two eyecandies on the show,the brothers, ehem..hehe, the show is really good. very mysterious, funny (in some way, lol) and interesting. so much easier to understand the idea of the mystery in supernatural than watching LOST. haha. srsly laa.
so yeah my day was just wasted just like that. haiss. you cannot waste any more time shirin. there's so many things to do and you have very little time. (hmm..funny eh, short of time, still can blogged. haha.) so anyways, im very very happy! cos now i have my very own wireless network at home! wheee! yessa. and besides that my desktop's all fixed up now and doing very well, not forgetting the printer. phew,at long last. all thanks to my dad for doing all this for me! :D he rocklaa okay. heh. and many thanks to my uncle who helped me out too. (:

umm, i think last thursday was the longest day that i spent using the com. haha. im pretty mmuch addicted to it right now. hhehs. i spent about..lemme see,..7 hours straight? andd all the way i was doing mmp1(multimedia project 1). haha. all thanks to the ides tchr that was on MC. we're suppose to have a 3 hour lab lesson that day. so anws, all my classmates got punk'd by coming to skool so early. the lesson's at nine and our next lesson's at 3pm. so thrs like 6 hours of breaklaa. and the worst thing was, it was a rainy day as well, PERFECT weather to snuggle up under my comforter and snooze in. ohboy, it will be a record i tell you cos that will make it the 1st time im starting skool in the late afternoon. but no! i spent 5 hours in the skool lib doing assignment. erghh., thanks ar eh. andd i was supposed to go for ac training that day. went all the way to saa just to find none of the ac peeps thr, stumble onto a frog (eeeyikess~! i dont like frogs..long story.) instead, tot training cancelled due to bad weather and decided to head home. just to find out from mai at nine plus wen i was alr home that thr was training. andd they were all at the engine block. -_- sighs, nvmlaa. i wasnt in any mood for training also.

andd so i guess you frequent readers of my blog should by now know that i only update when im very happy, bored or just pissed of. heh.
so ystd was bibik maria's last day in spore, after 7 years of working with my grandad. long rite?? shes like a sister to me alr laa. gna miss her her teh tarik especially!! haha. and ofcourse those fun times learning how to cook frm her. heheh. shes good i tell you. anws, mom and me went to the airport ard ten plus in the morning to sent her off. her flights due at 2.15pm but we just went earlier so that we cld spent some more time with her b4 she left. anws, i made her a card w sme of the family photos inside, memoirs for her. and me and fiqah shared and bought her a purse and a handphone pouch. many thanks to putri for accompanying me to far east on friday for 4 hours finding for the gifts. haha. our legs were like lopping(if thr's such a word) here and therelaa, damn tiring. but anw i wasnt really in a good mood the whole day ystd cos was having this really bad cramps. 1st day...so dont ask. and i was denying myself from taking any panadol. and so the pain was unbearable. bweh tahan arr. after sending her off, we went back to my aunt's place at tamp. i decided to watch HEART, again. haha. but again, i fell asleep. the cramps were killing me so i guess sleeping was just the best solution to kill the pain away for a while. my aunts and my mom were all planning to go vivocity later in the nite. and i wasnt at all up fer tht. so when i woke up ard five and told my mom that i wna go home instead cos i cldnt possibly walk ard vivo or even just anywhr w the terrible cramps..my mom didnt allow. like wth laa? i srsly dont mind gg back on my own. i can just like take 168 frm the nearby bustop and go home. but no! she dont let and insist that i just take the panadol. and she gave more n more excuses not letting me gg home till i was so fed up till i cldnt argue animore. i didnt want her to start nagging cos i SO DONT NEED that at that point of time. i was damn fed-up that i just kept quiet the whole time i was at my grandad's place and when we were at bedok market place. i think i really looked damn pissed off that even my aunt said that i've never looked so serious before. heh. not many ppl have seen that side of me b4 cos many think that shirin is this happy-go-lucky girl that doesnt have any problems. YEA RITE LAA. and so we ended up reaching home at 11 plus at nite. ergh! so much for " sekejap ajer..". sighs. boy, was my patience tested ystd.

this is so irritating can?!?! i HATE doing reports laa. erghh. if my english very good nvm laa. sighs. tmrw skool starts. so draggy seh want to go back to skool. i tink the only thing i will enjoy is the long bus ride to skool laaa cos why? cos thats where i can stoned or catch up with my sleep. heh. and i miss bestie alr. haiss. so long nvr talk to her on the phone sehh. im like too caught up with other stuffs that i didnt spare any time to talk to bestie on the fon. we onli sms-ed, thats all. and i feel damn guilty right now. sorry bestie. really really am. and in addition to that i really have to catch up with schwk. i feel like im lagging behind from the rest of my classmates. all this pressure just comes all at the same time and its so annoying to the max laa. but atleast some things are cleared up. had a chat with my dad ystd and i felt so relieved and glad that we had that talk. i tell you ive nvr felt so miserable for one whole week beforelaa. such as this week. it is really sad when you feel really out of place in your own home. everything i do or dont do, i get a scolding. from both somemore. if its her, im so used to it laa. but when its him, arrh, i just hate it when hes mad or disappointed in me. especially him, my dad. i mean how would you feel if the person that you really care for, who understands you very well, whos always thr when you need a listening ear and a friend to talk to, is angry with you? its damn miserable i tell you. imagine a whole week of that. woahh, bweh tahan arr. and on top of that, i was slacking at home the entire week. didnt go out until ystd. ystd was hari raya haji so had to go to my grandad's house. but nevertheless, i had great company the whole time i was at home. who else but my beloved sis! love her to bits laa. we became so much more closer cos we spent the whole week together at home. :D thanks mira!
anyways, i really am in no mood to summarise everything that happened in the whole of 2006. all i can say is that, it has been an interesting ride for me. from slacking at home for 5 months while waiting for o's results, getting the results, getting into my dream poly, learn new things, made lots of new friends, met very nice people, join a great cca...yeda yeda yeda..lazy to continue arr. heheh pardon me aye. anyway, its alr time to look ahead and not dwell on the past.
so i shall just briefly lay out my resolution for 2007.
i need to..
- catch up with school work which is forever piling
- finish up assignments as soon as possible and not wait till the last minute (boy, this is REALLY
a challenge. heh.)
- be more FOCUS and to set my priorities right
- be a better person
- be a more independent and responsible kid
- to carry out my duties well, as a student/sister/daughter/granddaughter and most
importantly, as a loyal follower of GOD, the one and only
- balance my time well between school and family
- Never to disappoint my dad ever again
- spend more time with my bestie, my beloved kambings
- grab any opportunities that comes my way
last but not least..to strike out more stuffs from my wishlist. lol.
