hellohello. hmm, second term strts tmr and im so not ready to go back to school. reason being, im still in the holiday mood, most of my assignments are far from done and im gna miss watching nice shows on tv the whole day. lol. basically, my whole week is the same everyday. i didnt go out at all so yea, you guys pretty much get the idea. wake up, eat, housechores, eat again, watch tv, eat somemore, more tv, sleep. and if im not lazy, i'll go online. yes, i live a mundane life. but somehow i like it cos i get to spend more time with myself and with the family. plus, my sis was sick. think she got it from me. on and off fever. so yea, gta nurse her.
but saturday was fun. really. went to this event called Diva La Futbol. women soccer so yes, i went to watch bestie and her RP football teammates play. its a competition btw. and they won 2nd place. woots. congrats! it was my first time attending this kinda event and also my first time going to fico sports hub, and boy, i really enjoyed myself. plus the RP team is really a nice bunch of people. very welcoming, highly enthusiastic and friendly. good sportsmanship as well i noticed. thanks farna for intro-ing me to your team. hope to play with them some day. weee. i kept recalling all the funny things that happened down there. lol. funny funny people i met. hees.

one thing wasted though, i should haf stayed there instead of going back to sch. planned to go back and do some filming with the grp but something that cant be avoided got in the way, so we had to cancelled it. but ah, shane, you should haf told me earlier! aahhh. but its okay though. atleast i got to see bestie play in 3 matches :)
two thumbs up to night safari! im beginning to love that place and the singapore zoo. great place to spend the day with the family. its been years since i last visited the night safari and wow has it really revamped. tremendous make-over. and the so called 'safari ambience' really worked for me. went there with my family that same night and as soon as we reached, there was this apaches/sarawak aborigines fire performance going on. and they were saying some kind of mantera. its cool laa. and the crowd was overwhelming. so we took the tram and went exploring ard. fun facts: Malayan Tigers Adopted by Tiger Balm. lol! hahahaha nice. and the samba deers came so so close to the tram and im like sitting right at the side. they were minding their own business so that was ok. haha. quite disappointed though, cos i missed the wild cats area. dad said they were sleeping anw. hais. but my favourite that night were the laughing hyenas! lol. oh oh oh! we caught the Creatures of the Night show. loved it esp the servals! funny and adorable creatures. and there were mongoose. a bunch of them. and it was my first time seeing them live. ok, i know im a bit the too excited over them. dont blame me, ive nvr seen them in real life before so ofcourse thrilled lah. chehchehcheh. haha. the mongoose so reminds of sec two literature lesson, rikki tiki tavi! haha. ok yes moving on. man, this post is getting a wee bit too long.

ok one last thing! im so so overjoyed as i now have a newborn niece! yay. nureen nayli. i guess thats the name. nice huh? according to mom, she was safely delivered at eight thirty this morning. an additional member to the ma'arof family. wooot. alhamdulillah, everything went fine for kak yana. hope the same goes to kak ani. shes expecting a son. one girl one boy, how great is that. yayyyy.
i want to go on a safari ride in Africa! wee. phew, alrights post ends here. deadlines around the corner. yikes.
ok im back. almost-recovered. like farna said, 'finally.' lol. im still having a sore throat now though. it keeps coming back. blearghh. a whole week of being sick is no fun at all. but alls well now :) so ok, what did i do the past few days? hmm. ohyes, went to visit dear shikin on wednesday with nisa and mas. alhamdulillah, her surgery went well. shes going through the same situation as my cousin. hais. hope she gets well soon. its really hard for me to see her in that condition. but its great though to know tht there's people like her sis to help her ard. must semangat ok shikin? you must recover soon. so yea, and it was my last time seeing nisa as well. shes not coming back to sch when sch reopens. haiss. will miss you girl. hope to see her ard though since she stays at wlds. :)
anw, i went to ubin ystd with the AC peeps. many freshies turned up as well. which was quite unexpected. but good also, the more the merrier. weeee. ohya, we went there for cycling btw. hees. forgot to mention. so yepp. by right, i wasnt suppose to go since im not yet fully recovered. even shikin advises me not to go. hmm. but know me lahh. how can i miss this kinda thing right? and so i went. served me right though for not listening to shikin. my stamina ystd was BLEARGH. sucks badly. i should have followed the main comm when they went for recce or tuesday. atleast i would have the confident to ride up slopes/hill or whatever you call it. like srsly lah. or normal slope pavement, im still alright w it. but when youre in the forested area with rocks and mud everywhere, whoa, riding up the slope was just hard. i suck at it, big time. was srsly disappointed in myself. duno whats up with me ystd. but even so, i still enjoyed myself. i mean the view on the summit of ubin quarry was breathtaking. i could see changi airport from there. and the quarry is just so beautiful. so bluee. (?) lol. we trekked up thr btw. the freshies had a fun time building the barsha. lol. still rmbr at noordin beach. it was time to test the barsha. and grp 3 wanted they're FA to join them under the shelter. zhien guang(FA) was like, "eh dont want join lah. later my mommy scold me." then anson said," come2, its alright....your mommy wont scold me, so its okay". LOL. anson2. he ah. tssk2. clown. ohyeah. met the scythians too! weee. they had an outing. faezah and me kept bumping into them all the time. think they were having some treasure hunt or something. so yepp we left ubin ard 6. luck was on our side though. we noticed dark clouds surrounding ubin just as we reached changi jetty. thankgod. so now, my arse, hamstring and calf are all aching. lol. pain know. haha.

term test is over. finally! ive been looking forward for this day all week. now my holidays officially starts. weeee. i dont see the diff actually. test no test, i still sleep very very late till the wee hours in the morning. haha. and because of that, it resulted in me having a terrible flu. ergh. past two days have been awful to the max. i cant sleep, i cant eat, i have no appetite and im feeling nausea all the time. and now, my throat hurts badly. my nose irritates me like there's no tmrw. ): and my fever is on and off. all this during term test week! woah, bweh tahan uh. but thankgod, i survived it. anws, the dbis paper was alright just now. so much better than inmm. i srsly dk how i fair for inmm. hopefully a pass. ohya, for the first time ever, i left the lecture theatre even b4 the test time is up. haha. miracle. all thanks to the flu. i just cldnt stay in there any longer. lol.
followed shikin to TM after school. hang ard thr awhile b4 i headed to eunos to meet up w my parents. went to have our makan 1st at pasar geylang. my first bite of the day. lol. refused to eat the whole day. again, thanks to my "wonderful" throat. after that, we headed to bedok to pay my cousin a visit. he just had a knee ligament surgery recently. hmm. looking at hes condition now, and how he explains everything, i really hope he recovers soon. not forgetting my dear 'bohemian'(feewit! hehe.) sidekick, its her turn on tuesday. i hope that everything goes well for her. must be strong okay minah? i know you are. you have to be. and i know ure excited but pls listen to what ur mom say and sleep. haha. dont think abt anything else, concentrate on ur surgery for now. go shikin go. lol. ok im nuts. cos im feeling so fuzzy-wuzzy right now. nyehahhaah.

chatting with bestie on msn now. i must say i really do envy her. she being in RP football team and having met really nice people there and everything, all i can say is, wow. im happy for her. but i do feel quite sad at the same time. not that it has anything to do w u bestie but its just that i suddenly realised how much i really really miss the kambings. bestie, yknow during our convo, when u said,

i didnt tell u this but i actually broke down after reading that. idk why im being so sensitive all of a sudden, but i did. but i jst cldnt tell u on msn.
i mean the kambings used to be so close-knitted like a family. now all of us have gone our separate ways. iryy in jc, putri and me in poly and sidd taking her o's this year. everyone's busy w their own life. and nadd is not here anymore. it seems like when nad's gone, all of us sort of drifted away. im not blaming any of them for why this have to happen, i understand though, cos im busy as well. and i feel really bad for not making time to meet up w any of them. and honestly speaking, i think that all of us've change. i feel as though i dont recognised them alr. i admit that ive change too but i dont like that change. cos i find myself pretending to be someone im not and thats really frustrating. im sry for being so selfish u guys for feeling this way. i just needed to tell somebody. hmm, cant imagine how glad i am at this moment to actually own a blog.
