IND-Day was so fun. its beeeen so long since ive kicked some soccer balls. and to get the chance to play it ytsd was pure satisfaction. there were 7 teams altogether.
was supposed to play against anon's team(my coursemates) but didnt get the chance to. cos there were some cocked up in our game schedule, so our team played only twice, when we're actually supposed to play 4 games. but its alrightlah. we dont rly care about winning in the first place. we just wanted to play for fun and laughter. anon's team were the team to beat ystd. well, they did raise some standard in their game, yea tht was what i observed ystd. woa that anon ah, early2 say he wna mark me alr. walao. haha. but too bad, my team didnt get to play with hes. hawhaw. XD
oh, shikin and me were the only girls who played ystd. the rest were dudes. so yea, most of the time while playing, i got alot of, "careful2", "okay or not? did i hit u just now?" kinda thing. lol. IM OKAY lah. apart from getting my face hit by the ball, fell on my butt, bruises on both shin, other than that im fine, thanks. heh.
anw, my teammates for ystd were shane, edwin, sengkai, changlong, benjamin, shikin and me. benjamin was our goalie the whole time. he so cool and sporting lah. hohoho. oh oh, speaking of goalie, there was this one particular goalie that caught my attention. hes from alaric's(my new classmate) team. powerlah he. salute him man. thats what i call an impenetrable keeper. uhuh.
aisehbedah. hahaha. but idk hes name though. heehee.
there was this one game against this red team (so rough sia they play!), we were 3-1 down and left with only 2 or 3 mins. so edwin went, "dont worry dont worry, later we score three-pointer can win alr" LOL. three-pointer eh..hmm, righttt..lol. i respect edwin ah. he was being very supportive the whole time ytsd. very encouraging ,really, to have people like him ard. he always gave us the boost when shikin and me needed one during and after the game.
but pity him man, hes ehemballsehem got hit by the soccer ball during hes last game versus the lecturers. hohoho. poor thing sia. he cldnt continue after that. not say cannot walk, want to stand up also cannot. lol. funny sia when hes that one kena hit. he was like, "BALLS OF STEEL!"
(sempatt seh)..then he continued playing for a minute or so before he gave up cos cannot tahan(take it) alr. hahaha! shikin and me were so mean cos we cldnt stop laughing at him. eh serious, funny shidd. oh smtg unsightly happen too but i shall not say it here. hhoho. wna know, ask me. "eh jgn ketawa ah, korang tak ader korang tak tau betapa sakitnyer seh. give me some love man" hahahahahhahahaaha. sorry edwin for being mean. hehehe.
i met alot of very friendly people ystd. playing with guys is rly different compared to girls. they get friendly with just anyone they just met. for them, its simple. see new people, introduce, then play soccer tghter like they have known each other for lightyears. unlike girls, who sometimes got that lil whatchacallit? ego/hesitation? when they meet new ppl. anw, my team had a friendly match with shikin's friends. and i manage to score a goal! whooo. haha. happy sia. a goal is better than nothing okay. hurhur. oh, thanks to edwin, ppl i just made friends with, even started calling me torres. aiseyman. hahaha. ~ala, cannot do the eyebrow emoticon thing. hehe.
playing striker the whole time ystd isnt rly tht bad actually, gta agree with bestie. but even so, i feel more comfortable playing mid or defend. hoho. i really enjoyed myself ystd. suggested to shikin that we should make this a every friday thing. lol. so fun!
